1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ditowin ("ditowin," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ditowin.one (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform in any capacity — including browsing, creating an account, depositing funds, or playing any game — you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the ditowin Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which you must satisfy at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register and play on ditowin. This age restriction is set in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing the Platform.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of each gaming session. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your participation complies with local laws.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law and the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion program, or PAGCOR exclusion list that prohibits your participation on the Platform.
• One account only: Each individual may only maintain one registered account on ditowin. Operating multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

ditowin reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of age — at any time and to suspend access pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To use most features of the ditowin Platform, you must register a personal account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address.
• Maintain the accuracy of your account information and update it promptly if any details change.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
• Notify ditowin's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

ditowin conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (SSS, GSIS, PhilHealth, Passport, or Driver's License), a selfie, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawal requests can be processed.

ditowin reserves the right to refuse account registration or suspend accounts at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity misrepresentation, or violation of applicable law.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the ditowin Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Supported payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. ditowin does not currently accept cryptocurrency payments.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 (unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and active bonus wagering requirements.
• Processing time: Most GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within 3–30 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawal conditions: Players must wager their deposited amount at least once before a withdrawal can be processed, unless otherwise specified in a promotion's terms.
• Anti-money laundering: ditowin complies with the Philippines' Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA). Suspicious transaction reports will be filed where required by law.

ditowin reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of enhanced due diligence (EDD) checks. Any funds found to be the proceeds of fraud, bonus abuse, or illegal activity will be voided without notice.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ditowin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to the player's bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Standard wagering requirement: 15× the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion.
• Bonus funds expire 14 days from the date of credit if wagering requirements are not completed within that period.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified per promotion. Live casino games and progressive jackpot slots may have restricted or reduced contribution rates toward wagering requirements.
• Abuse of bonuses — including creating multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — will result in immediate forfeiture of bonus funds and account suspension.
• ditowin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the ditowin Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure provably fair outcomes. Game providers are licensed and independently audited for fairness.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, ditowin's recorded server-side data will be the definitive record of the game outcome. Bets placed during a confirmed system error may be voided at ditowin's sole discretion, and affected players will be notified.

Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing wagers. Game-specific rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and bonus feature descriptions are available within each game's information panel.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ditowin Platform and may result in account suspension, fund forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering under a false identity or using another person's identity or payment method.
• Using software robots, scripts, automation tools, or any artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players at live table games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Players who discover such issues are required to report them to ditowin support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity using the Platform.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party, including under a proxy or agent arrangement.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ditowin staff or other players in any communication channel.

8. Suspension & Termination

ditowin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole and absolute discretion, with or without prior notice, including in circumstances where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• ditowin reasonably suspects fraudulent, criminal, or dishonest activity.
• A player fails to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• A player is found to be using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• A player's account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies).

Players may also voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting ditowin's customer support. Any outstanding verified balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of pending KYC requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ditowin shall not be liable to any player for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the player's use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions.

ditowin does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access the Platform at their own risk. ditowin's aggregate liability to any single player shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

ditowin is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. The following tools are available to every registered ditowin account holder:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on funds added to your account.
• Loss limits: Cap the amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session time limits: Receive reminders and automatic logout triggers after a set playing duration.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom period.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude your account from all ditowin services. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the ditowin Platform — including but not limited to the ditowin brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive property of ditowin or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without express written permission from ditowin is strictly prohibited.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming operations shall apply to all matters relating to the operation of the ditowin Platform.

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through ditowin's internal dispute resolution process via the customer support team. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached within 30 calendar days, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR for mediation in accordance with applicable gaming regulations.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ditowin reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the change taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Players who do not agree to amended Terms are entitled to close their account and withdraw their verified balance before the amended Terms take effect.
